The Mystery of God

Rev 10:6 and swore by Him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and the things that are in it, the earth and the things that are in it, and the sea and the things that are in it, that there should be delay no longer, 7 but in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of God would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets.

The serious reader of scripture will discover several mysteries listed. In the New Testament the word mystery; is invoked twenty-two times. The word Mysteries is utilized five times; in all, references to the matter of mystery are observed twenty-seven times.

Eph 1:15 Therefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, 16 do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers: 17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the

spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,

18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling and what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, 19 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power.

Mt 16:17 Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven.

A change in Approach

Based on these two passages of Scripture, we must all bow our knee to the Father, to ask for a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the full knowledge of the truth.

Our oft-feeble efforts at unlocking the mysteries presented in scripture, placed there by All Mighty God; who is all knowing, all seeing and is wisdom, and only can grant revelation; should GENERATE IN US a great pause in our being; with a longing to appeal to Him, for divine illumination, on the overall subject of the Mystery of God.

Humility, and hunger, a Must!

Due to our lack in these matters, the consequent result has rendered a profound blindness to the church, regarding the true story being told. Thus, a great disinterest by most, resulting in a loss of so many of our youth, with many others being held in blind cages, formed mainly from natural thinking, and a twisting trajectory of scripture, on the Mystery of God; thus blocking the Holy Spirt; who will not witness, and inwardly affirm what is not truth.

Therefore, the power of the word has been nullified to a great deal in the church. Doctrinal bias is the primary factor; producing the blindness, rather than simply looking to the body of truth revealed in the Mystery of God.

We all need a deep repentance regarding much spiritual abuse, to His body and come to the Mystery of God with a deep realization; that if He does not open our eyes, we will simply continue in our dissemination of blindness, implacably pressing on with the deception that we are spreading the truth.

In a good Mystery there are many converging paths bring the overall unfolding to a climax, and the revealing of the central plot, and thus a completeness to the picture, with no loose ends.

Webster: Mystery: something not understood or beyond understanding; an enigma.

An unsolved Mystery by Most.

Having set the stage; we now come to a mystery in scripture, which is primarily unsolved in the general understanding and teaching of the evangelical church.

This lack of understanding is, due to limiting the whole body of scripture from speaking.

Key, and widespread limitations are formed by things such as strong denominational bias, or shallow and confined Doctrinal Statements, or limiting to a single teacher perspective, which does not incorporate all of scripture in their exegesis.

while still looking to unfold the great plan, as God’s Eternal purpose; with the same saved and lost, ultra shallow, and typical diluted mantra, which is in vogue.

Which goes something like this! You are a sinner, so you need a Saviour; so that when you die, you can go to Heaven and not hell; and in Heaven you will get a mansion.

This articulation could not reflect a greater blindness and insult to Almighty God! and the Mystery of God!

Thus, for us to unlock the general outline of the Mystery of God we must be careful regarding every small detail, overlooking nothing.

An indispensable key to opening this mystery of God; is to account for the three groups of people which He lists.

1Co 10:32 Give no offense, either to the Jews or to the Greeks or to the church of God,

These three groups of people will figure directly in unlocking the Mystery of God. Jews, Greeks (or gentile Nations) the church of God. We must work to understand each group, as to their role, or we will not be able to unlock the mystery of God!

Surprise

It may come as a Great shock to us; however, the account of the Judgement of the Nations, with specific focus on the Sheep and the Goats; functions something like a wagon axel on which important clues for unlocking the mystery of God are attached, with its many spokes.

To unlock the true meaning of the sheep and Goats, we must solve every spoke in the wheel which is ultimately attached to this parable, and the Mystery of God.

This is an overly complex and major theme to unlock! And thus; must be fully completed in all spokes, to get the clear and profound view; as one large panoramic overview of God’s Mystery; which is spectacular.

Another example to consider would be a Rubik’s cube. All 6 sides must be in a solid colour completely, for the puzzle to be solved; it is not sufficient to have one or two sides complete.

In attempting to solve this mystery, we will first list crucial spokes in the wheel which must be resolved.

Spokes

  1. Strictly identify those who are gathered to this Judgment on earth, who remain alive at the end of the tribulation. Matt 25.

And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia

Rev 3:7 “And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write, ‘These things says He who is holy, He who is true, “He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens”:

8 “I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.

9 “Indeed I will make those of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews and are not, but lie — indeed I will make them come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.

10 “Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.

11 “Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown.

12 “He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. And I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name.

Site all conditional words, which would qualify one for the Lord’s reciprocating promise, of escaping the hour of trial.

To those who Overcome

The saints caught up or raptured secretly before the tribulation, and kept from the hour, are strictly the overcoming saints, both living, and those who were dead but then resurrected. Read the book The Husbandman’s field final reaping details! On this site for more detail.

“A Strong Implication”

Matt 24:29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

30 “Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 “And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

1Th 4:16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.

These passages of scripture clearly state that the Lord will come openly, not secretly, and the time of His open coming will be after the tribulation.

Given these parameters we must discover the missing pieces, which will complete the spokes in The Mystery of God.

Before Time Began!

This phrase (before time began) truly stretches our thinking, and yet if we fail to measure God and His economy by any other ruler; we will completely miss the correct, and profound perspective required, to understand God’s plan and over-all work.

Thus not entering the Kingdom, nor allowing those who genuinely want to. what ever He does, should not be considered as Him changing, or a contradictory action to that of scripture; but rather, the exact carrying out of what was planned by Him before time began.

This will provide us with the correct perspective, and therefore peace; when we see actions or events which to us seem to be changes, in an unchanging God.

Truly, WE MUST SEE THIS! He is not changing, but rather; simply conducting ALL in detail as He planned BEFORE TIME BEGAN. This confusion, as produced great trouble, and much blindness as a

result of the wrong template being used, regarding His developing eternal plan.

2Ti 1:9 who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began,

Titus 1:2 in hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before time began,

Eze 18:29 “Yet the house of Israel says, ‘The way of the Lord is not fair.’ O house of Israel, is it not My ways which are fair, and your ways which are not fair? Isa 55:9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.
